Chemical Spill Training Module 5 Activity

In this activity, you will locate your site’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and use it to answer five questions about your own workplace. Finding the ERP is only step one – knowing what is inside it is what matters in a real emergency. This exercise will help you confirm that you can find the critical information quickly, before you ever need it under pressure.

Before you begin:

Locate your site’s ERP. This may be a physical folder at a noticeboard or muster station, or a digital copy on your site’s system.

Open it and find the answer to each of the five questions below.

Write your answers down somewhere you can come back to – a separate quiz follows this activity where you will submit them.
