- You will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

Items offered over this website are available where International Dangerous Goods Regulations apply.
While we endeavour to reflect the current legislation regarding the international dangerous goods regulations, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect, incomplete or unpublished legislation from an authentic source.
The information set out in the Terms and the detail contained on this website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No contract in respect of any items shall exist between us and you until your order has been accepted by us).
On the occasion where we do not accept your offer and funds have already been deducted, these will be fully refunded.
To place an order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process online and click on the “Authorise payment” button to submit the order. After this you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy one or more items or services from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms our acceptance and processing confirmation.
The contract for the purchase of an item or Service between you and Trident Industrial Safety will only be informed by a confirmation email from our website or our sales team.
We will not be obliged to supply any items which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those items has been confirmed as available and in stock or liable to be in stock at a later date.
- AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
All orders for items are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute items, we will reimburse any monies that you may have paid.
- REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to authorise payments submitted to us, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. 3 We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any item from this website, removing or editing any materials or content on this website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an Order Confirmation. 9. DELIVERY Subject to availability, (see Clause 7 above), and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavour to fulfil your order for item(s) listed in the confirmation email or any updating emails that may be sent to you (the user) on our (The company’s) behalf.
If no estimated delivery date is specified as there may be delays for reasons such as customisation of items, unforeseen circumstances or the delivery jurisdictions, we will send you a confirmation email outlining the delay with an estimated time of delivery. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery date you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with an extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund.
- UNABLE TO DELIVER
Some Jurisdictions are not available for all or some of our products and services. If we cannot deliver the item or service, we will contact you to confirm. We may be able to offer an alternative location or service to you.
- RISK AND TITLE
The Items will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the items will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the items, including delivery charges, or when you have received physical possession of the goods upon delivery.
- COST OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES AND PAYMENT
The price of any items will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any amounts paid by you will be fully refunded. We are under no obligation to provide the item(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect price.
The prices on the website exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Therefore, except as provided above, price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted. Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your basket, and your next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do this you must follow the steps of the order process including filling out and verifying the information requested in each step. The order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.
Payment can be made by Credit Card. To minimise the possibility of unauthorised access, your credit card details will be encrypted.
We only accept purchase orders from account holders, please refer to account holder options.
No charge will be made to your credit card until your order has been dispatched for delivery. By clicking “Authorise payment” you are confirming that the credit card is yours or you are the rightful holder of the credit card. Credit cards may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer but if your card issuer fails to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may not be able to form a Contract with you.
- RETURN OF STOCK ITEMS
The nature of our business and service provision is such that many of our products and services are bespoke to you the User and Customer and cannot be cancelled once you have confirmed and paid or issued a Purchase order for certain items or services.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 30 days from the date on which you receive the order confirmation on all in-stock items. Bespoke items or contracted Services cannot be cancelled but may be deferred to a later date if required.
You may notify us by phone or email if you want to cancel your in-stock order or defer your bespoke product or service.
You do not have the right to cancel the Contract when it is for the delivery of any of the following “Excluded items”
Bespoke items (products that are manufactured personally or commercially to suit you or your company’s specifications)
Outside Stock items – Items that are ordered that does not form part of our product offering or Service provision.
Bespoke DG Services – contracted DG Services.
*In-Stock Items are products and Services which are normally off the shelf and in stock or Services such offered in Ireland.
Trident will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Trident will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address or destination.
- E-COMMERCE AND PRIVACY
Our Website (www.tridentsafety.com) offers Dangerous Goods Related Products and Services. The use and provision of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and hold the Provider Trident Industrial Safety Limited, (“The Company”) harmless against any loss, misuse of advice rendered by this company and/or its agents representing the company, business interruption, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products or services sold or provided on our Website.
- DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY
The private information required for executing the orders and services placed through e-commerce facility, namely the “User’s” personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and will not be held by the Provider either on the website after the purchase has been completed and the payment has been deducted from the credit card. We will not sell or make known to third parties any personal information or financial information from the User.
Trident Safety Group respects your privacy and are fully compliant with GDPR. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address, contact phone number (if personal phone or mobile number) and pertinent information relating to the service to enable the service to be completed or products despatched, will be made known to third parties delivering the product or delivering the service on our behalf (DG Partners). Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
- SECURITY BREACHES
Trident Safety Group cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device, which may result, due to the lack of adequate virus or fire wall software protection or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on their device.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. This does not prevent you using this website to the extent necessary to make a copy of any order or Contract details.
