Trident has always adopted this attitude to training and we are delighted to be able to offer Competency auditing both pre-training and post-training to test the suitability and competence of those whose role(s) is/are to be the Dangerous Goods representative(s) for your Company by reviewing primarily the following:
- The personnel chosen by the employer are competent to sit the certification examination.
- The personnel who have attended a training course and passed the certification and/or re-certification examination are competent in their roles once they return to their role in the company.
Employers are fully responsible for the competency of trained employees and the choice of those personnel who are elected to take on a Dangerous Goods role.
Trident is here to support both employers and personnel with our competency audit and assessment program. Our competency program is fully compliant with the CBTA (IATA) and the IAA (Irish Aviation Authority) and adopts ICAO xxxxx regulatory change which will come into effect on the 1st of January, 2023.
