The correct classification of dangerous goods is an important first step in the transport of dangerous goods. It determines whether the substance or article falls under one of the nine UN (United Nations) Hazard Classes or if it is non-hazardous for transport but may come under some other regulation that might affect the way you identify, pack, Mark/Label/Placard and Declare.
There are nine classes of dangerous goods in the UN System of identification and each class has criteria that is.
Dangerous Goods Pack-Out Workshop

Manual Handling of Dry Ice / Temperature Controlled
This module educates on the who and the why in Dangerous Goods Compliance. During transit your shipment will be under the scrutiny of perhaps different jurisdictions. This module gives examples of what different Jurisdictions may be looking for when you are shipping to their country or state.
Multi-Modal Documentation
This module covers the documentation requirements and procedures for the three modes of Transport. Each mode differs due to operational and physical alternatives and you must be aware of these differences when you are shipping dangerous goods in a multimodal environment.
Labelling/Placarding and Marking
What is the difference between a Label a Mark?
The Dangerous Goods Regulations have their own language and this module shows the procedures for the type, quality and location of marks and labels for Dangerous Goods shipments for all modes of Transport.
Limited Quantities, Excepted Quantities and Di Minimus Quantities
What do the operators look for. Why should we use a checklist and what does it mean when your shipment is rejected by the operator.
This module covers the how and what the operators require to keep the safety of people, environment, cargo and transport unit safe.
Lithium Battery Section II training course
Lithium Batteries that comply with Section II of PI and PI still require training but in awareness over certification by air. This course explains all packing instructions related to Section II Lithium ion and Lithium Metal batteries.
This is a must for anyone who transports Lithium Metal and/or Lithium Ion batteries by air.
This course also includes the procedures for Sea and Road Carriage and Waste and/or Defective Lithium Batteries.
